Consent to the processing of personal data
Consent Form for Essay Authors*:
I hereby give my consent to the Event Organizer (Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization Directorate of the Exhibition of Achievements “Russia”: 7, bldg. 2, Brodnikov Per., Moscow, 119180, TIN 9703137862) to share my personal data with an unlimited number of persons at the Event and carry out other actions related to the processing of my personal data (collecting, systematizing, saving, storing, clarifying (changing, updating), full name, position, job title, contact details (phone number, fax number, email address, business address, photographs), including using, blocking, anonymizing, destroying such information, as well as sending information to me, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27 July 2006.
I agree to the transfer of my personal data to third parties acting as the operator of the Event (IMA-CONSULTING, TIN: 7706191991) to ensure the participation of the Subject of Personal Data in the Organizer’s events. I also agree to receive information and advertising about the events, goods, and services of the Organizer and its partners via electronic and/or physical mail to the above postal and/or email address.
The Event Organizer processes personal data for purposes related to the preparation and holding of the Event, which is located at 14, Krasnopresnenskaya Nab. (National Centre RUSSIA).
The Event Organizer may transfer the personal data it receives via information and telecommunications networks.
The consent to the processing of personal data is valid in perpetuity and may be revoked by submitting a written request to the Organizer.
*Submitting an essay in one’s personal account on the website is automatically considered the voluntary provision of consent to the above actions.
